The language in which you see the Elluminate (Meeting or Liveroom tools) interface is dependent on your Operating System settings. The current Elluminate Live! version integrated with Fronter supports Arabic, Chinese (Simplified), French, German, Polish, Portuguese (Brazillian), Russian and Spanish in addition to English.
The exact method for how to change this setting depends on your Operating system. Please see this Microsoft kb article for Windows XP as an example.
