Some users might experience an unusual loop back to the login page, with no warnings or username:

There may be a few reasons reasons for this.

1. Internet Explorer - You have entered Fronter as a secure trusted website in you browser.

Check under Internet settings, Security, websites you trust.

If you have something like http://*.fronter.com added this might be the source to the problem.

The reason for this must be found in the port switching when entering Fronter. The login box will always happen through a https encrypted connection on port 443 - this means the username and password will be submitted to Fronter encrypted to ensure privacy to the user.

After successful login, the connection will be switched back to normal http using port 80.

If you have entered Fronter as a trusted site, you might experience problems when the switch from https to http happens.

To resolve this, try to remove Fronter from trusted zone.

2. You are using an Internet connection that are proxied using Microsoft ISA server.
The ISA server's configuration has been set to disc cache traffic to and from Fronter, it's likely this configuration causes this problem.

Try applying a rule to the ISA servers configuration that bypasses traffic to and from Fronter.

3. The system Java is not working correctly.

You can install from here: Install Java and tested from here; Java test to make sure this is working correctly.
